Shelly Beach SLSC is built on the dedication of our volunteers. Our new 50 for 50 program recognises and rewards members who give their time to support the club in non-patrolling roles.

Log Your Volunteer Hours
Every time you volunteer, fill in the quick form to record your hours. Please log them on the day so they count towards your 50.
How It Works
- Log your hours using the form above each time you volunteer
- Hours are tallied across each season
- Reach 50 hours in the membership year and get 50% off your membership fees for the following season
- Your discount will be available in your online portal when you renew
Hours recorded during the 2026/27 season will count towards discounts for 2027/28.
What Counts
Volunteer hours can be claimed across a wide range of club activities, including:
- Assisting with training sessions
- Helping run education and training courses
- Age Manager duties
- Water Safety at carnivals
- Carnival and event officials
- Team Manager
- Assisting with club events and carnivals
- Committee and admin support
- Equipment maintenance and setup/pack-up
- Working bees and facility maintenance
- Fundraising
- Any other volunteer role approved by the club
The program is for non-award and non-patrolling volunteer work.
